Beth Rapha is a registered
non-profit organisation that is dedicated to helping people break with
addictions to drugs and alcohol. Situated in Observatory, the team at Beth Rapha have been running their
rehabilitation programme since March 2000. Help is offered
free of charge to anyone (but for food and accommodation we ask R2,000 per month), irrespective of race or religion, who wants to break free from their addiction.
Beth Rapha has the following mission statement:
'To shatter the drug and alcohol culture and enable addicts to
walk free.'
The Beth Rapha team is passionately committed to the people who come to them for help, and aim to steer individuals to a place of
facing and taking responsibility for life-long socially unacceptable attitudes and behaviour patterns. They also focus on the redevelopment of social and interpersonal skills.
