Believing that we can and need to play a strategic part in this war against HIV/AIDS by bringing hope to the hopeless, Jubilee Community Church is seeking to rise to the challenge with training that raises awareness, confronts stigma, challenges mindsets and effects change. We are providing practical help and support for those who are living with AIDS in our own church family, and for children and adults being cared for by ministries serving in the Khayelitsha, Gugulethu and Grabouw communities.
